All prices are per person per night based on 2 people sharing and includes full English breakfast served at 8.30am.
A supplement will be charged for single occupancy of a room subject to availability
A non refundable deposit is payable upon booking.

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is payable upon booking
The final balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation of booking by client, (notification of which must be given in writing), 4 weeks or less prior to arrival date full balance is payable. We would make every effort possible to re-let the accommodation and if successful the balance would be refunded accordingly.
